2. Program Description

When you opt-in to Blacksight Protect SMS Alerts, you will receive text messages containing:

• Security alerts and alarm notifications
• Device status updates and system notifications
• Important account and service messages
• One-time verification codes (if applicable)

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your notification settings and security events. You may receive messages when security alerts are triggered, devices change status, or important system updates occur.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time through your account settings and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
